- Copy of Receipt with TCN (Transaction Control Number) as proof of print

State Livescan (UCIA) Fingerprints – $40
Requirements for Nursing Students, Carnival and Amusement Safety license requirements, etc includes:
- Using State of the Art Biometric Livescan Equipment, Capture and Transmission
- Includes Transmission Fees to Illinois State Police
- Copy of Receipt with TCN (Transaction Control Number) as proof of print
State & FBI Livescan (Fee App) Fingerprints – $65 
Requirements for Nursing, Licensing, Adoption, PERC, Carry Conceal Weapon Permits & Instructors, Cultivators, Dispensary, Patient and Care Givers and Medical Marijuana Cards, Volunteers under Adam Walsh, plus more includes:
- Using State of the Art Biometric Livescan Equipment, Capture and Transmission
- Includes Transmission Fees to Illinois State Police and FBI
- Capture and transmission of Photo along with prints where required
- Route to Appropriate agency eg IDFPR, Dept of Agriculture, Your Organization’s ORI etc
